Painting: Living Girl, Dead Monkey

This painting took a long while. I started it and the basics didn’t change much but the look did. I really hated it for quite a while. Then I was asked for a submission for Art for AIDS in Chicago and thought that a deadline would force me to finish and turn it into something I liked. That actually worked. I’m really happy with how it turned out.
