This is an multi-piece invitation designed for the 2nd Annual Rose Garden Gala for Smith-Gilbert Gardens. This invitation included the large, folded invitation, an RSVP card and envelopes for both. All four elements were printed on matching linen paper to create a very warm and elegant look and feel.
Also included is an email template that was designed for a series of emails sent out to the Smith-Gilbert Gardens Rose Garden Gala attendees. These emails were designed to match the look and feel of the printed invitations. The emails sent out included a Save the Date, information regarding the Live & Silent Auction items and more. Each email provided links to buy tickets as well as view pictures and movies from the previous year’s event.
Additionally. a Program Guide designed for the Smith-Gilbert Gardens Rose Garden Gala. This guide was created to provide attendees with a schedule of events, raffle items and descriptions of the Live & Silent Auction items as well as to promote and thank the sponsors and volunteers.
