GAPA, the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (www.gapa.net) hosts a very popular CME conference every summer. The brochure for this year was recently completed and sent out to their members and prospective attendees. The conference always features a spectacular beach location as well as innovative and engaging Continuing Medical Education for it’s attendees. This brochure focuses on both of these selling points, as well as introducing some of the speakers and showcasing the planned schedule of classes and events. In the past, we’ve done a saddle stitched, booklet that was usually 8 or 12 pages. To save money and be more efficient, this year we took the booklet down to only six pages and set it up as a full-size trifold. This created a piece that was one sheet (no stapled in pages), folded in on itself and made it easier to mail. The imagery mostly all focused on great shots of the destination and engaging photos from previous conferences. GAPA recently went through a major rebranding so the color palette was created from using the new brand colors that complimented the photos the best.
