This series of email templates were created to promote the Skin, Bones, Hearts and Private Parts medical CME events held throughout the country. I worked with the team at Dillehay Management Group to identify the most important information to communicate to potential attendees and then designed a series of emails that would showcase the most important information, highlight special offers and promote each events’ specific location. The templates were then taken into MailChimp and set up as easy-to-use systems for their team to easily change information, update content and swap out images with an image library of approved photo and graphics. Each location then has two templates to choose from: a long form, informational version as well as a shorter, big-push, promotional version for publicizing special offers, discounts or exciting announcements.
