This is a map that we made for the Atlanta Pride Festival 2012. This map was our first project with the Atlanta Pride Committee and we were very proud to have been selected by them. We were tasked with creating a new festival map that would showcase the location of all the vendors and supporters as well as the schedule of events. The challenge was trying to capture all the facets of the Pride Festival from the family focused events to the crazy parties as well as trying to respectfully represent the wonderful amount of diversity that makes up the festival attendees. The map ended up being a great success and played a small, but important part in celebrating diversity in Atlanta.
