I created this broadway show illustration for the Atlanta Gay Men’s Chorus to promote their show “Broadway and Peachtree.” This was one of the first major pieces that I completed entirely within the Procreate App on the iPad Pro. From initial concept sketches, to initial line art and final line work and coloring, everything was done digitally on the iPad. This custom illustration was then used throughout the marketing efforts to promote the show including posters, postcards and more. The show was a celebration of Broadway hits from yesterday and today so I tried to include as many references to famous shows as possible. Of course, each of the shows the chorus sang songs from was included in some way within the illustration. Definitely one of the most fun projects I’ve worked on in a while!
