Veranda and Vine, the creator of new at-home wine tasting experiences, had recently partnered with me to design a set of their wine tasting guides. Once the guides were all created, it was time for a website redesign to change the focus of the site to selling these guides — both the ebook and printed versions. The new website features areas to promote each of the books, explain the concept and give viewers of taste of what to expect, showcase some of the great reviews and testimonials they’ve received and a full functioning shopping cart that provides the shopping and payment system. From a visual perspective, the process of designing the books gave us an opportunity to establish new branding standards and elements that needed to be incorporated into the site to ensure the brand experience was consistent across platforms.
