Dunlop Productions (dunlopproductions.com) is an industry leader in creating exceptional corporate meetings and event experiences. They recently reached out to me for help designing the event graphics for a one-of-a-kind celebration. This special event combined two exciting milestones: a memorable birthday party and the grand showcase of a brand-new events venue in Brookhaven. The evening would feature incredible local singing talent, making it both a celebration and a performing arts production.
Designing the Event Graphics
For this project, I focused on creating a cohesive visual identity that would set the tone for the entire event. The event graphics began with an eye-catching invitation design used for email invitations, ensuring guests were immediately drawn in by the look and feel. From there, I expanded the design system to a four-page printed program. The program not only highlighted the performers and schedule but also reinforced the branding of both the celebration and the venue itself.
Impact and Cohesion
When done right, event graphics do more than just look good—they create a sense of unity across every touchpoint of an event. From the first invitation to the materials handed out at the venue, the designs tied everything together visually. This consistency elevated the guest experience, making the celebration feel polished, professional, and unforgettable.
