The Alley Stage (alleystage.com), located on the vibrant Marietta Square, has launched an exciting new series: Improv At The Alley. To help promote this fresh addition to their lineup, they reached out to me for graphic design support focused specifically on event promotion—and I was thrilled to collaborate with them again.
For this project, the goal was to create a visual identity that felt distinctly different from their other productions, while capturing the spontaneous, lighthearted energy of improv comedy. The graphic design needed to be bold, playful, and instantly attention-grabbing—just like the performances themselves.
Once we landed on a fun, dynamic logo that set the right tone, I expanded the graphic design across a suite of promotional assets. This included a custom social media graphic to build excitement online, and a flexible cast announcement template the Alley Stage team can update for each new show in the series.
This is a great example of how thoughtful, targeted graphic design can elevate event promotion, build brand consistency, and connect with audiences before they even step into the theater.
